INGREDIENTS (Easy 1-Bowl Recipe)

  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (mascabado = deeper flavor 😉)

  • 1/4 cup HASSY Avocado Oil (high heat version)

  • 1 egg (or 1/4 cup applesauce for vegan option)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)


HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY BLONDIES

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Whisk HASSY Avocado Oil + brown sugar until glossy.

  3. Add egg (or applesauce) + vanilla. Mix until smooth.

  4. Fold in flour + salt. Don’t overmix.

  5. Gently fold in strawberries, poco a poco.
