This avocado oil from Hassy blows olive and coconut oil out of the water. It’s got a super clean taste, handles high heat like a champ and doesn’t overpower your food. I constantly cook ground turkey for my post gym meal and the difference in cooking with this oil is noticeable. Olive oil burns too fast and coconut oil makes everything taste like dessert. This one just works way better and the quality shows. Definitely my go to now. Glad my buddy recommended it to me.
